Flowers Plus

I was out of the country and wanted to send a bouquet with 24 flowers for my daughter‘s 24th birthday. The owner was so kind and talked me through different types of flowers and styles based on what I told him my daughter liked. They ended up creating a beautiful bouquet and she loved it!

Beautiful flowers and outstanding service. I sent a bouquet of summer flowers for a birthday and they were as beautiful as depicted in website photo. The chocolates I sent with the flowers were top quality. There was an issue with the delivery address due to my fault, but the shop called right away and made the adjustment without problem. Very professional, courteous, and polite. I am very happy. Highly recommended.

What a pleasure it is to do business with Joel, owner of Flowers Plus in Charlotte. From my Saturday morning call, these gorgeous flowers were delivered in a few hours to my daughter in law. With an upcoming move from Tampa to Charlotte, I definitely plan to make Flowers Plus my trusted floral partner. The quality and creativity speak volumes in this picture. Thank you Joel, looking forward to meeting you in person.

I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service at Flowers Plus. I had the pleasure of working with Bree today on a custom floral arrangement for same-day delivery, all while ordering from out of state. Their prices are more than fair, and their attention to detail throughout the entire process is truly impressive. Collaborating with them was seamless from start to finish. In my case, the delivery was a bit challenging due to the receiving business address being unresponsive. However, what truly sets Flowers Plus apart is their dedication. Despite it being close to their 3 PM closing time, Bree and the owner went above and beyond to ensure the flowers were delivered successfully. They worked together to find a solution, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for beautiful flowers from a team that cares as much as you do, I highly recommend giving Flowers Plus your business. Thank you again for your incredible service!

I ordered flowers from Flowers Plus for an Executive dinner and was very impressed by the quality of customer service, the follow up (including a photo of the flowers!) and the gorgeous arrangements. They took the time to look at my inspiration photos and designed these florals for the exact upscale look/feel of what I wanted. Plus, prices are VERY reasonable. Thank you for an excellent experience.
